1. Conclusion of Contract
With the booking (by telephone, in writing, by e-mail, or online platform), a binding rental agreement is concluded between the guest (tenant) and the landlord. With the booking, the tenant acknowledges these GTC in full.

The subject of the contract is the rental of the holiday apartment [Name, Address]. The tenant receives a key for the duration of the rental period. Passing it on to third parties is prohibited. In case of loss, the tenant is fully liable.
The holiday apartment is available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated completely and in proper condition by 12:00 PM on the day of departure. A delayed departure may be charged with 50% of an additional daily rate.
Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit of 20% of the total price is due within 5 working days after booking. The remaining payment must be made no later than 14 days before arrival. If payment is not made on time, the booking is considered cancelled and the holiday apartment can be rented elsewhere.
If the tenant cancels the contract, the following cancellation fees apply:
Cancellation must be made in writing. We strongly recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
The tenant is liable for damages culpably caused by them, fellow travelers, or visitors. Damages must be reported to the landlord immediately. The landlord reserves the right to repair incurred damages at the tenant's expense.
The apartment must be left broom-clean. Final cleaning is included in the rental price, but the landlord reserves the right to charge an additional cleaning fee in case of gross untidiness.
The landlord is not liable for loss or damage to the tenant's property. Liability for failures or disruptions of water or power supply, Wi-Fi, or other technical facilities is excluded.
In case of violation of these GTC or breaches of contract (e.g., disturbance of the peace), the landlord may terminate the contract without notice. There is no entitlement to a refund of the rental price.
The data provided by the tenant is used exclusively for contract processing and will not be passed on to third parties unless there is a legal obligation to do so.
The place of jurisdiction is the landlord's registered office. German law applies exclusively.
